Nitin Kumar Dubey (Executive Director)
Nitin is an Executive Director of THINK Innovative Solutions. He is directly involved in all lines of company business. He has implemented various projects on surface & groundwater management, its planning along with innovative ways of artificial recharge of ground water through harvesting rainwater. He has availed training in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). He has written papers for Geoscientists Society of Jharkhand on Artificial Recharge of Ground Water based on firm’s experience in the field and was invited to give presentation on the same. He has over a decade of experience in the field of Quality & Knowledge Management. He has worked with Indian as well as Multi-national companies in service & BFSI sector. He has trained over 100 professionals in field of six sigma, lean & ISO. He has won several awards & has written papers on Quality’s role in improvement that have been published and appreciated by institutes like NCQM (National Centre for Quality Management), QCI (Quality Council of India). He has also designed and implemented various Water, Civil & Structural Projects.
Amit Kumar (Director-Market Research & Analysis)
Amit is a Director (Market Research & Analysis) of THINK Innovative Solutions. He has Expertise in Data Science and MIS, where he pursued on Machine Learning and Statistical Algorithms from data related to Geophysical studies & water management, handles operations and Market Research related to Projects Implementation, as well as being actively involved in business development. He has worked as a management consultant over 5 years with several organizations.
About the Team:
The firm has three separate divisions viz. Hydrogeological division that conducts technical study in the field Rainwater Harvesting, Hydrogeological Survey, Pumping Test & Aquifer Characteristic Test, Surface Water Survey and Hydrology.
The other team is into Civil & Structural Constructions that carries out implementation of planned projects on ground. And , The third team is into electronics that build electronic based projects.
